Audio Delay of about 3 sec by USB

Hello there,
I am facing audio Delay of about 3 seconds in sndcpy while streaming games on YouTube.
Scrcpy works fine throughout the time but sndcpy lags a little by little to create a massive delay over the time.
There is no delay when I am not streaming
Any way to fix it? By lowering audio bitrate or something to force it to process faster?
I am using Sndcpy ver 1.0 on windows 7 and Android 11 phone

Things that I have tried already -

1. Changing network cache to 100,0, 50 and 150
2. Increasing processing priority to high for vlc in windows.

try changing network-caching to -1 on both sndcpy file and sndcpy.bat .

I just changed the Clock sync from default to enable,and it works for me.You can find it from tools-preferences,then show settings all(on the left conner),find Inputs/Codes-Advanced,you'll see it.
