When there are multiple issues on the same line, and I want to apply a small change to all of them (e.g. delete a word or surround with a pair of brackets), Doline can fail because it remembers the exact location of the error which changes after dealing with previous errors on the same line.

I am not sure of the best way to deal with this, but one simple solution is to provide an option for Doline to operate in the reverse order. This would also address related operations such as adding newlines. These work because many fixes affect the position of later errors but not earlier errors.
