order of elements of area needed for doc strings #102

All of these need fixing to say what order the area elements are in:

daops/daops/ops/subset.py

Lines 54 to 55 in 3282f63

    
               area: Area to subset over, sequence or string of comma separated lat and lon 
        
                 bounds. Must contain 4 values.
