  • Installation type:
    • source
  • Version or commit hash:
    • tag: 6.0.0
  • DDS implementation:
    • Fast-RTPS
  • Client library (if applicable):
    • rclcpp

Steps to reproduce issue

Reproduce codes (Refer to ros2/rclcpp#1785)

Expected behavior

Qos depth set by user take effect.

Actual behavior

Qos depth set by user doesn't take effect.
