  • I'm submitting a ...

    • feature request
  • What is the current behavior?
The best 500 similarities with a jaccard index of at least 10% are shown in the visualization.

  • What is the expected behavior?
I should be able to change the threshold of the jaccard index. A reasonable interval could be [0%, 100%] with a default value of 10%.

  • What is the motivation / use case for changing the behavior?
To see only the strongest similarities. Show me less data. Get a better overview.

  • If you want to request a whole new feature, please provide a user story (otherwise delete):

    • As a data scientist
    • I want to change the threshold of similarities between broadcasts interactively
    • So that I can get a better overview and identify the strongest clusters
