Proposal on rskips format: as we are adding the meta tags on the top, we could avoid adding the table on top of the title

meta will be rendered by github as an horizontal table
we can add rendering the table in the website with the content of the meta tags

Motivation: we are copy-pasting this with no reason

ilanolkies added the site label
