Sometimes fails with "No such file or directory"

Hi,
The action sometimes fails, complaining that:

      No such file or directory @ apply2files - /opt/hostedtoolcache/Ruby/3.3.5/x64/lib/ruby/gems/3.3.0/gems/bundler-2.5.18/lib/bundler/dependency.rb

Anyone knows why that is happening?
