Selective planning for terragrunt

Hello,

I have a following structure for azure creations
Repo: resource_groups
Structure:
/development/rg_01/terragrunt.hcl
/development/rg_02/terragrunt.hcl
/development/rg_03/terragrunt.hcl
/staging/st_rg01/terragrunt.hcl
/staging/st_rg02/terragrunt.hcl

currently if the change happens in the rg_*, I will go to the /development and run a terragrunt plan all

With Atlantis, can I make a custom workflow what will run plan only foe the changed .hcl?
development and staging requires different credentials also
