DS1819+ (Deverton) works with DSM 7.0

DS1819+ (Deverton) can be addded to the compatibility list. Needs to be compiled, built then installed and started via SSH. Important (if upgrading from DSM 6): Uninstall the old package via DSM package manager first. Adding to Autostart also works, as described.
