I was looking at Jetscii and it had me thinking if nom had any such optimization for testing a character is in a set. Would nom be open to having a specialized matcher which relies on the SSE 4.2 SIMD instructions?

this is something I'm interested in, but haven't had the time to work on yet. nom can already uses the optimized algorithms from memchr when applicable, but there's nothing more right now
