Cannot install on aarch64 OR installation documentation needs updating

edit: if cargo install clippy is the way to go, you might want to update your documentation to say so.

edit 2: or at least restore cargo install clippy, which seems to have gone away, until you have the rustup issue fixed.

Thanks for the report! I'm going to close this issue, as the discussion of the fix is happening in rust-lang/rust#62558 and it can't be fixed on the Clippy side.
