Last time it was on Travis's side. I've pinged them, we'll see what happens.

@alexcrichton: We have confirmed an issue with the underlying disk storage platform for the OS X infrastructure, and we're talking to our infrastructure provider about improving that. I suspect that may be some, if not most, of the slowdown.
