The system is going down for power off NOW!

unfortunately time out indefinitely. Travis takes much longer than our time limit to realize that the instance was shut down, and the build isn't automatically retried. I've informed Travis of the issue and they're tracking it internally.

The underlying problem here was that we had a >3hr timeout and Travis didn't handle that well. Our timeout is now 3hrs, so this is handled, so closing.
