[email protected] added a new hook called `getChangelog` and it is used to retrieve the changelog that will be used for the initial version selection. This change works for release-it < 13.5.3 and release-it > 13.5.5 (dropping support to view the lerna-changelog prior to version selection when using [email protected] and [email protected]).
