Spillover issue from #14 (comment)

Currently...

  • new ember apps ship with ember-cli-babel v6
  • installing @ember-decorators/babel-transforms v3 will result in error messages and a broccoli build failure
  • downgrading to @ember-decorators/babel-transforms v2 or upgrading to ember-cli-babel v7 will make things operate properly

In the future...

  • We'll have most apps/addons on babel 7, and assuming babel7 compatibility will be ok
  • We can direct users to install @ember-decorators/babel-transforms@latest
