Zur Einspeisung von exterener Telemetry.
Vorschlag: POST ... /telemetry
Body-Content:
JSON, das einfach durchgereicht wird. Evlt. Test auf Verwendung von Unipager-eigenen Keys. Diese dann mit Forbidden beantworten.
