Add Lumen (CenturyLink) provider

Human-readable region names are listed in the status page and here, but I have not found any support page yet that lists the region subdomains. We could maybe use the subfinder or gobuster libraries to passively check and brute force regions.

The lumen kb article here says the service locations should be listed here, but that's a dev link and it dumps a stack trace.
