Batch counting plugin

Hi there, I'm currently using warp plug-in in warp atlas image to experimental image and run through batch counting plug-in to get the results. These one set of images I have run them for cg1 ROI coordinates and then again for prl ROI coordinates and it worked fine. But when run the same set of images to IL ROI coordinates it didn't work. So I tried changing the coordinate but had error showing as line 221 empty. I warp the image again and run some went through and some didn't. It's clear there is no issue with the images or coordinates, since the image worked fine with first two run and when ran it again. Could you please help with that.
