Beta (3.24.196) killed support for Hebrew and graphics #127

I downloaded the beta to resolve an issue that was discussed in a different ticket and it solved that problem but created two new problems :)

Hebrew text now appears as ??????? ?????? in my clipboard history
Graphics don't work at all - they're just empty clipboard items

Is this an issue with the beta, or something I need to configure differently?
