persistent project tag filter might be confusing

Small UI thing regarding the project listing: when a hashtag is selected, this selection is persistent. That's nice, but it might be confusing where the projects are gone, if you do not remember this the next time.

I suggest a small button or link below the list of projects, simply called "show all projects", which clears the hashtag selection.
