Proxy support for all requests

Hi!
Right now, i cant see, how to use this sdk, when i am sitting behind the firewall.
It will be nice, to have possibility to specify { proxy : 'url' } for requests.

Hey man, i've been working with the sdk in order to build an api server in express. I'm wondering if you have found a better way to make soap calls to marketing cloud using other libraries or something?
