Hi,
I'd like to propose a feature to create multiple timeline for a video, with custom markers.
My end goal would be to create clips from a video with a second timeline on top of the playing timeline. Something that could look like this
2020-03-27 08_19_50-sampotts_plyr_ A simple HTML5, YouTube and Vimeo player

I do not think it is currently possible, I know there is already an open feature issue about the custom markers from 4 years ago that didn't gather attention. This is a bit different so I took the liberty to create a new issue.
