Add cloud files popup ignores cancel button

Using version 1.1.2 from Hyrax version 3.3.0 when editing a work after clicking the "Add cloud files..." button, the "Cancel" button on the first popup has no effect.

To reproduce:

• Add or edit a file (on nurax-dev, for instance)
• Click on the "Files" tab
• Click on the "Add cloud files..." button
• Click on the "Cancel" button
• Window hangs

Expected behavior:

• Clicking the "Cancel" button should close the popup and restore "clickability" of the tabs and buttons in the edit screen.
