🐛 Deleted Works should get removed from FeaturedWorks table #2351

Descriptive summary

If a work gets deleted that is a featured work, it should also get deleted from the FeaturedWork table.

Not doing so causes the tenant homepage to crash.

NOTE: The source of this bug may be in Hyrax

Issue:

Staging site down post-Valkyrie scientist-softserv/adventist_knapsack#839
