It might be useful to update the api to allow users to use their name as a unique identifier. e.g.

Request
POST: forms/YOUR-NAME/

Response:

{
   id: INCREMENT
   ...
}

This would allow us to compare unique submissions against attendance numbers and get some insight into participant completion of the form submission.
