Persian language

So far I've found this app very useful except for one big thing which is I can't send tweets in my language which is Persian. The app has no problem showing tweets and user names and even numbers which are in Persian but when opening the pop-up window for sending tweets or replies, once I change my keyboard layout to Persian and click on the text box to start typing, the whole program freezes, leaving me no choice but to kill its process or force quit and restart the program. I'm using Turpial on Debian 8.
