If Taskfile REMOTE_URL_REF differs from mcvs-golang-action being used then let pipeline fail

This to ensure that the same Taskfile version is used in both the CI and locally.

Currently, there is an open use in the go/task project that is about using external vars inside the remote URL. As long as this is not supported, a check has to be done whether both are in sync and the version has to be defined twice.
