I don't see a pattern for why some have this and some don't . . .Another example https://digitalcollections.lib.utk.edu/concern/pdfs/ee3cefb4-bc3a-4a42-be51-f32cebd41c27 This appears to be in the metadata that was ingested. It affects the IIIF metadata and facets

Note: this was fixed in code from around April 2024. This should be fixed with a reindex

• verify the foreign language terms are rendering correctly after the reindex
