First release with support for new classes

The library now supports HomeSolarPower and StorageBattery classes.

This release should be compatable with the 'mitsubishi-hass' Home Assistant custom component.

Long standing project of mine to create an extensible library for the ECHONETLite protocol from my earlier work is complete.
