restore operation checks timestamp of presented diff to reduce likelihood of bad overwrite. #9

The idea is that when the diff is presented, and when the restore is requested is an unbound period of time. As such, check the time again just before executing the restore, to ensure that Datadog's version hasn't changed since then.
