Currently in the modelling pipeline there is no way to assess practical identifiability via the profile-likelihood approach.

As PEtab currently supports conversion of PEtabODEProblem into an OptimizationProblem it should be straightforward to integrate PEtab.jl with the ProfileLikelihood.jl package. This should be investigated, and potentially added as package extension if feasible.
