Best way to speed up applying topics in a dev environment

In our ephemerals environment, we use topicctl to apply all the topics whenever a namespace gets created. But this step could take a while with hundreds of topics and often the CI/CD action times out. Is there a way to speed up this process?

If it is helpful for you what I did was to create a folder structure for dev and prod, and depending on env variables I run the script pointing to the config in one path or the other.
