There are a few tiebreaker modules. There will need to be parity with the existing tournament types.

According to this list, only some modules will support ties (that's okay). Modules to be added:

ffa-tb
groupstage-tb
groupstage-tb-duel

Not sure how much sense it makes to support ties in other cases anyway.
