Unable to change rom path

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open app
2. Go to settings

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
How can we change the rom path?
IDevices are terrible for storage and there is no way to get a decent romset on 
my 16gb ipad.

Would be great to be able to set this to a network path or other path where I 
could mount an external location or drive as local


What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
