I searched thoroughly the documentation of semaphoreui, as well as mutilple forums ... no match.

I in your demo-project there is the file invs/{dev,prod}/secrets.yml as a vault file.
But I'm missing any definitions related to load those vault encrypted files.

Please enlight me how semaphore handles those files.

Semaphore stores Vault Password File in database separately from the code. It is why I store secret file in public repository :)
