Adding compile time query validation?

Hi Steven, any plans to add some sort of compile time query validation to tokio_postgres?

At one point I was working on a macro for that but it's been abandoned for a while: https://github.com/sfackler/rust-postgres-macros. I'm not planning on picking it back up ATM.

That was 7 years ago. Do you think it still works?

Probably not.

I do think it would be a valuable Macro to pick up again in the future road map. Since the biggest thing for most people about sqlx and diesel is the compile time validation.
