Legacy JSON Pop-Up Message Spyral Notebook

When you hover over the folder icon to open a new Spyral notebook, a pop-up reads "Open a Spyral Notebook (by pasting in JSON code)." When you click on the icon, you see that you can open a notebook using a notebook ID, URL or using HTML, not JSON.
