Generalising library for more HDSC MCUs?

If I submitted a PR to generalise this library to support more HDSC MCUs would you be interested? Or would you prefer to keep this specifically for HC32F47x?

I ask because HC32L130F8UA is used in the MKS SERVO42C servo driver:

I want to port SimpleFOC to the MKS SERVO42C and would like to do it using PlatformIO. The previous version (SERVO42B) used an STM32 MCU, but they're unavailable now.
