After I updated my raspberry to the last version it shows N.A instead of OS type in system section.

Which distribution of Linux do you use for your Raspberry ?

I use Raspbian Jessie Lite (Kernel version: 4.4, Release date: 2016-05-27).

I installed the latest Raspbian lite available (the same as you) on a RPI 3 and it works. For the OS line, I have that :

Raspbian GNU/Linux 8.0 (jessie)

Can you put the result of cat /etc/os-release please ?

Nginx / Apache / Lighttpd ?
Which version of PHP ?

I also find this log in apache error log :

cat: /etc/system-release: No such file or directory

sh: 1: /usr/bin/ifconfig: not found
sh: 1: /usr/sbin/ifconfig: not found
