Tab group synchronization

I wondering if it was possible to synchronize multiple tab group to follow the same tab.
The tab group synchronize would be save in session storage to keep the active tab all along the navigation.

Not out of the box, but you can listen to events and update other “panels.” Not sure about the accessibility implications though.
