Map fails to load initially

The map is black when loading from the Map side menu when previously on Schedule.

Steps:
Open the schedule left tap
Open the map left tab
The Caesars tab is open, but above it is all black
Clicking Flamingo day at the bottom also shows a black map
Going one farther (flamingo night) it will show the flamingo night map
Now going back to Ceasars the Ceasars map will show

Might be fixed by #13.

The problem seems to be it is loaded from the network. This isn't cached either. Would be nice if it were offline friendly.

I believe it's just an issue with the Fragments not being loaded correctly. The maps are PDFs and stored within the app, no networking for those.
