KevinW idea: in Merge duplicates, when words/senses are protected, provide way for user to merge anyway, with explicit acknowledgement that ___ data will be lost. (Project setting)

  • Add to MergeDups state protection override
  • Add ui to MergeDragDrop to turn toggle override
    • Only show when there is something protected in the set of potential duplicates
  • Project setting to turn on/off override ability
  • Give warning when moves are made that will delete data
  • Create corresponding issue for ReviewEntries
