Kerning of Czech/Slovakian letters

Dear developers,
would it be possible to fix kerning when using some of the accented letters? See, for example, the word ďábel or ľudia with unacceptable spacing between the first and second letters.

It is not just the kerning, the shape of the caron should be more narrow and wedge shaped, and not like an apostrophe.

The kerning should be such that the spacing is the same as non-caron text.

Thanks. We already have plans to review these letters for a future version. However since these fonts have been around for so long, and many users have been happy with the current design, we're not likely to make major changes. The adjustments we make would be mainly in spacing/kerning.
