Would require JuliaGPU/CUDA.jl#56

That means the any function with CUDA.jl stuff wouldn't precompile? And if so, is it hard to do that(on CUDA.jl side)?

I think some of it may be in place in JuliaGPU/GPUCompiler.jl#89
