"The Weary Whaling Ground" appears twice in the index list. Currently at number 98 and 99.

Only the second of the two versions was accessible by clicking on the links. For now, in 90342b1 I've made invisible the first (and unmodified) version that was previous not accessible.

If people are happy with this course of action, we can clean it up and actually remove it later.
