For each package:

homeworld-apt-setup
homeworld-authserver
homeworld-etcd
homeworld-flannel
homeworld-hyperkube
homeworld-rkt
homeworld-services

We need to figure out its level of reproducibility:

Varies with each in-place sbuild
Varies with a change of path
Varies with a new Git checkout
Varies with a different developer
Reproducible

This is a prerequisite for fixing #1, which is about making Homeworld builds fully reproducible.
