Grey out all checkboxes in CoinSelect once 5 coins are selected #20

You are not allowed to proceed to the PortfolioManage component page unless exactly 5 coins are selected. Once the user selects 5 coins we want to make sure the boxes are greyed out so they are unable to select anymore to avoid confusion.
