On this page the routing capabilities are described, but the method or commands for achieving them are not: https://skupper.io/docs/overview/routing.html

It would be good to have examples for statements such as, you can set an inter-cluster connection cost. How do I do that? What arguments do I need when I create the link? I can look these things up in the cli, but I feel like they would fit well in this documentation.
