Clarify the "Year" field for books #35

This field is ambiguous. Possible corrections are:

edition publishing year
copyright year

While we're at it, put the printing information in a section of its own. Make it hidden by default. Have printing number field.

Decision: Publishing year should be required but printing year optional.

Put plainly, a translated work's publishing year belongs to the translation, not the original work.
