More extensive test documentation

Hey, first of all I'm very grateful for you all putting in the work for making this awesome library.

During the last year I've been using Mutiny quite extensively for creating tests and I want to fill in some blanks in the documentation regarding testing. The current documentation is a good start but I think there are some pieces missing.

I'd be happy to help with this and create a pull request, but firstly, do you already have plans on this, and in that case can I help in some way?

My initial thoughts is to split the testing document into a Uni and Multi section. For multi I would like to include:

• How to create requests (either by AssertSubscriber.create(n) or request(n)
• Document the assert methods like assertCompleted, assertSubscribed, assertNotSubscribed
• The different await methods
• The difference between await and assert, and when and how to use them
• Ways of combining the AssertSubscriber with for example junit

Would this be a good idea? In that case, do you have any input?
